  • 1:1 Personal Training

    Our program focuses on building muscular fitness, improving body stability and enhancing cardiovascular endurance. We utilize compound exercises to introduce, optimize and maintain fundamental movement patterns, improving one's ability to independently perform daily activities.

    By combining our experience & expertise in the fields of Special Education, Exercise Science and Adaptive Physical Education, Full Spectrum Fitness was able to develop person-centered fitness programs tailored to meet each participant at their current level of physical fitness, preferred learning style and type of support needed.

    We have the ability to identify strengths & needs in order to adapt each exercise and movement throughout the session, allowing for success and leading to increased confidence and an enjoyment of exercise.

  • Group Fitness

    Designed for all fitness levels, small groups of 3 participants team up with our enthusiastic personal trainers to participate in engaging warm-ups, dynamic strength training, endurance activities, entertaining team fitness games, and much more! Our fun group fitness class not only enhances overall wellness but also provide an amazing social opportunity, fostering meaningful connections among participants!

  • Martial Arts

    Unleash the power within through our non-contact adapted beginner martial arts class at Full Spectrum Fitness. Discover fundamental martial arts moves designed to enhance coordination, balance, flexibility, focus, and confidence. Engage in a dynamic and enjoyable journey towards holistic well-being!

  • Adaptive Yoga

    Join us as we blend the holistic principles of yoga with mindful movement, connecting mind, body, and spirit! Led by our experienced instructor Maryanne, we integrate physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
