  • Maryanne S.

    Yoga Instructor

My name is Maryanne Sholl. I am RYT 200 hr yoga teacher (registered with the yoga alliance) who specializes in Hatha and Yin Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and decided to take the training when I saw how much my family benefited from a home practice, especially my own neurodiverse child. My passion is in bringing yoga to diverse needs. I took what I learned from my training and family into my classroom as a special education teacher. It was incredible to watch the benefits unfold from a daily practice with my students. This woke my spirit to truly want to empower others and reach a larger group outside of the school setting. I believe yoga is for everybody and every BODY. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to share what brings me so much peace with others. I am passionate about living a holistic lifestyle with an inclusive community that supports and empowers one another. I hope to see you on your mat!

    Namaste
