    Pete Phillips

    FOUNDER AND LEAD TRAINER

    Pete is the founder of Full Spectrum Fitness and has spent over a decade working at the intersection of special education, adapted physical education, and personal training. His experience includes teaching Adapted Physical Education in specialized school settings and developing programs that use exercise to support both physical and social development for individuals on the autism spectrum.

    He created the Full Spectrum F.I.T. Framework to provide a structured, support-first approach to exercise that integrates environment, coaching, and individualized programming to meet each participant’s unique needs. Pete’s work is grounded in the belief that exercise is more than physical activity. It is a tool for building independence, confidence, and connection.

    At Full Spectrum Fitness, Pete focuses on creating meaningful relationships with participants and their families while helping each individual experience success through exercise. His approach emphasizes adaptability, thoughtful coaching, and long-term development, ensuring that every session is both supportive and impactful.

    Molly D.

    TRAINER


    Molly joins Full Spectrum Fitness with an abundance of experience teaching martial arts to Neurodiverse kids and young adults, in addition to instructing sports skills and agility training.  Molly grew up locally and currently resides in the area. She loves to help kids realize their full potential by assisting them in increasing their strength, flexibility and coordination, not only helping to increase their confidence with whatever activities they do, but also helping them be successful in life!

    Larry M.

    TRAINER


    Larry brings over twenty years of experience in supporting and teaching neurodiverse children and adults. With a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, Larry's expertise spans across various settings including classrooms, camps, residences, workplaces, and community environments.

    Having dedicated his career to supporting individuals with diverse needs, Larry deeply understands the impact of exercise on physical health, as well as emotional and mental well-being. He believes in the power of tailored exercise programs for enhancing the lives of those within the autism community.

    At Full Spectrum Fitness, Larry is committed to creating inclusive and supportive exercise programs that cater to the needs of each individual. Through his extensive experience and passion for empowering others, Larry ensures that every session is not just about physical fitness, but also about fostering confidence, independence, and joy!

    Dan M.

    TRAINER

    Dan brings his many years of personal training experience to Full Spectrum Fitness. As a passionate advocate for inclusivity, he believes that everyone can—and should—live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle through exercise.

    A veteran of the Marine Corps, Dan has an extensive background in sports science and exercise physiology. He is eager to help neurodiverse individuals develop motor control, balance, strength, and endurance through evidence-based practices. Dan sees the gym as a vital space for community building and is committed to expanding that supportive community alongside Full Spectrum Fitness.

  • Maggie G

    TRAINER

    Maggie is a licensed occupational therapist (MSOT, OTR/L) with a background in kids fitness and group fitness instruction. Her experience across clinical and fitness settings allows her to support individuals in building strength, coordination, and independence through exercise.

    She focuses on creating structured, supportive sessions that meet each participant where they are, helping them build confidence and develop skills that carry over into everyday life.

    “I enjoy coaching because fitness is a tool that improves our health, our quality of life, & helps us create meaningful connections. I want to share that experience with any individual that I can!”

    Maggie enjoys running ultramarathons and is very active in the local running community.

  • Josh F.

    TRAINER

    Josh is a senior at Saint Joseph’s University majoring in exercise physiology. His coursework has focused on strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, exercise prescription, and physiology, along with hands-on internship experience in personal training. He has also spent four years with Camelot for Children, a nonprofit serving children with disabilities, special needs, and chronic illnesses, where he has contributed as a volunteer, staff member, and member of the medical committee.

    Josh brings a thoughtful, science-based approach to his coaching, focusing on helping participants build strength, endurance, and long-term health. He is driven by the belief that exercise plays a key role in improving both quality of life and longevity, and works to help each individual stay active and continue doing the things they enjoy.

    “This work gives me the opportunity to take what I’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to a population I love working with. I strongly believe that movement is medicine and leads to a longer, more enjoyable life.”

  • Dave D.

    TRAINER

    Dave is an experienced educator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and organizational leader with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, behavioral and mental health diagnoses, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. He currently teaches 8th Grade Science and Social Studies at Kuumba Academy Charter School, where he applies evidence-based behavioral strategies to support meaningful skill development and has helped expand inclusive opportunities through athletics.

    Throughout his career, Dave has held leadership and clinical roles with organizations including Melmark, Linke Resources, Friends of Cyrus, and Elwyn. His work has focused on designing and implementing person-centered, data-driven programs that improve quality of life, increase independence, and ensure strong clinical outcomes. He also brings experience mentoring staff and building effective support systems for both individuals and teams.

    Dave takes a structured, individualized approach to coaching, with a strong focus on behavior support, skill acquisition, and long-term development. His background in both education and applied behavior analysis allows him to meet each participant where they are and help them make meaningful, lasting progress.

  • MEGAN G.

    TRAINER

    Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Immaculata University and brings experience working across multiple fitness settings, including both in-person and virtual coaching. She has worked with a wide range of individuals, from general population clients to those with special needs, developing personalized, data-driven fitness programs that meet each person’s unique needs.

    Her background also includes service in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Military Police officer, where she developed strong discipline, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. Megan combines that structure with an empathetic, client-centered approach, focusing on creating a supportive environment where individuals can build confidence and make meaningful progress through exercise.

  • Natalie G.

    TRAINER

    Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She spent nearly three years as a therapy aide supporting physical and occupational therapists working with individuals recovering from brain injuries. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer and has extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals, particularly those with ASD. Natalie is currently continuing her education at Harcum College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

    Natalie brings a supportive, hands-on approach to her sessions, focusing on helping each participant build strength, mobility, and confidence over time. She values creating a positive environment where individuals can make meaningful progress and feel successful.
